Join us on Sunday, January 29th 2012 for the 29th Staging of the High Mountain Coffee 10K Road Race - Jamaica’s longest running and most challenging 10K event.

The day begins at 2pm with the 5K Run and 5K Walk which is designed for the fitness conscious individual who do not care for the rigors of a 10K Run.  This will be followed by the most challenging yet exhilarating 10K Race on the island. At 3:30pm runners begin one of the world’s most rigorous courses going up to 1,200ft above sea level where they will experience some of Jamaica’s freshest air and pristine beauty. This is a race of strength, stamina and endurance – by no means for the faint of heart.

For the 4th year our 5K Corporate Walk will give ordinary citizens and corporate Jamaica a chance to contribute to two of the company’s charities, namely; Hanbury and Windsor Lodge Childrens’ homes.  Join the many corporate teams that are demonstrating their commitment to wellness and at the same time investing in our communities.
